1 General Terms

One Account Policy

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or IP address. CU9 Only one account may be created. Any attempt to register multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Account Security

• Keep your login credentials completely confidential.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your account, including access by others.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

CU9 Transactions are processed via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method.
• If a transaction appears suspicious for any reason, CU9 may request additional verification.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

CU9 Regular bonuses and promotions are offered. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus carries a specific wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x and you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you must place a total of BDT 30,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• If the wagering requirements are not met on time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Certain games may have restrictions on bonus usage.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to third parties.

5 Gaming Rules

CU9 All participants must follow certain general rules when taking part in any game on the platform.

• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, CU9 will investigate and make a final decision.

6 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Gambling with funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to CU9 systems.
• Exploiting the bonus system in bad faith (bonus abuse).
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Spreading false information against CU9.

7 Limitation of Liability

• If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection issue.
• For any loss caused by issues with your own device or software.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, etc.).
• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

CU9 CU9 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• If identity verification is refused.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed, a verification process must be completed before any valid balance is returned. Bonus funds are non-refundable.
